Patients send a refill, a transfer or a photo of a new prescription from a page on your pharmacy’s own web address. Each one lands in Communications next to your phone and text requests. If you text with PharmaTools Messaging, the patient gets a text when it’s ready. Photos are encrypted, and texts never name a medication.

5Sent securelyNothing is filled until you’ve confirmed it with the patient. Each request gets a reference like R-1042.

4From your own numberTexts come from your pharmacy’s PharmaTools Messaging number, new or moved to us, and replies land in Messages.
5STOP is respectedAnyone who replied STOP isn’t texted again, and the form can’t be used to flood a number.
